REAPPLICATION FOR PR VISA AFTER DENIAL
Before reapplying for a PR visa, confirm that you have selected the correct category, as the immigration service may reject your application again if they believe you do not qualify for a particular category. If you apply under a new category, your likelihood of success will increase.
There is no minimum or maximum time frame for reapplying for a visa once it has been denied. You must file a new application and resubmit all the required records and documentation. You will be required to pay the visa fees once again when you submit your application. When submitting a second application, you should avoid repeating the same errors that led to your previous application’s rejection. Examine the rejection reasons listed in the letter of denial you received from the immigration department. This will assist you in planning how to avoid the same grounds for denial in your upcoming visa application.
There is no use in reapplying for the visa unless the issues with your earlier application have been resolved. However, it is preferable not to reapply for a visa unless there has been a change in the conditions that led to the previous application being denied.
Before reapplying for the PR visa, you must ensure that you have the required funds in your account, if the initial application was denied due to insufficient finances.
